Formulas

For example, these are some of the formulas that can be written for building application workflows in the CDR module:

• AddOnCondition formulas: Decide whether to add related items to an application, such as inspections, reviews, conditions, and fees.
• Fee value formulas: Calculate the value of a fee.
• Next milestone formulas: Determine which milestone follows the current one in the permitting process.
• Status check formulas: Perform status checks to determine if an application can advance to the next milestone.
• Expiration date formulas: Calculate an application’s expiration date.

Each formula is written for a specific business object, and expects a specific outfit. For example, an AddOnCondition formula for a review type expects a Boolean value to determine whether or not a review is added to an application.
