Adding a custom assembly in the Web IDE
You can use the Web IDE to create a custom assembly from within your Operations and Regulations site.
Custom assemblies are written in VB.NET, and are similar to formulas. The difference is that custom assemblies contain all the code required to create a stand-alone assembly. After you have saved a custom assembly, you can reference its methods in your formulas.
- Open the Explorer in the Web IDE.
- Right-click the node and select New File.
- Specify a name for the custom assembly.
- Write the formula for your custom assembly in the editor.
