Recommended store and forward settings

Your agency's store and forward settings will depend on how frequently users work offline. Follow these guidelines to configure your settings:

• If users will never work offline, you can improve system performance by disabling store and forward functionality. Set the ShouldCacheHomePageData attribute in the Mobile configuration to False.
• If users will occasionally go offline, set the ShouldCacheHomePageData attribute to True. This will allow users to continue working seamlessly while offline.
• If you are using the mobile app and know you are about to go offline, you should manually download your work records to your mobile device. When you manually download work records, the app downloads all information that is configured for the results of the current query.
• In most cases the Sync Pending Changes to Server setting in the mobile app should be set to Automatically.
