Adding layers
To customize your map display, you can add feature layers and basemaps. A maplet's layers are defined under the node.
Note: The layers that you define for the mobile app are separate from the layers that you define for the back office using the MapDrawerDatasets configuration. To see your layers in the mobile app, you must define them in the Rest Services GIS configuration as well.
If you look at the layers for the mobile-base maplet, you will see that some samples are provided to help you understand how to add layers. There is a sample Addresses layer and a sample Parcels layer.
Image layers must all use the same spatial reference. Layers with incorrect spatial references will be displayed in the layer picker in the mobile app, but they will fail to load.
