Updating a single line item rate

You can use the Service Contract InfoViewer to browse to a single rate, and update the information.

1. Load the service contract you want into the Service Contract InfoViewer.
2. In the tree on the Rates tab, browse to the rate you want to update.
3. Right click the "Rate" node and select Update Rate.
4. Update the rate information as required.
5. Click Save.
