Calendar-based assignments
If the Calendar-based Assignments feature is enabled, you can schedule service
requests, work orders, asset inspections, CDR reviews, and CDR inspections by adding them to
employees' calendars from the InfoViewers for these records.
For example, if calendar-based assignments are enabled, a button is shown next to the Assigned to Employee field in the Review InfoViewer for CDR reviews. Use this button to access employees' calendars and schedule reviews. See the Asset Management, Customer Service, Work Management, and CDR user guides for more information.
To enable calendar-based assignments, select and set the state of the Calendar-based Assignments feature to On.

Calendar events are configured using the CalendarManagement configuration in the Configuration Editor.
