HR Talent integration

Infor Operations and Regulations can integrate with Infor HR Talent to manage employee records. If the integration is enabled, users and employees are created in the system of record (HR Talent) and then synchronized with employee, user, and contact records in Infor Operations and Regulations.

The integration creates and updates these records in Infor Operations and Regulations based on available information in HR Talent:

  • Contact
  • Contact identity
  • Employee
  • User

Configuration

To configure the integration with HR Talent, use the Integration configuration in the Configuration Editor. On the User and Employee Integration > GHR node, set the Enabled attribute to True. You must also specify the name of an ION API authorized application to use for authentication
