Recording a property notice

You can use the Property InfoViewer to record any notices affecting the property. A notice is a record of any special conditions affecting a property, such as a notice declaring the property's location in a historic district or recreational area.

  1. Load the property record in the Property InfoViewer.
  2. On the Notices tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify the type of notice in the Notice field.
  4. Enter any other information you have for the notice, such as the relevant ordinance number.
  5. Click Save.
