Infor Reporting for Operations and Regulations provides a set of operationally suitable reports designed for immediate use in key business operations. These reports enable customers to generate essential business insights from the first day of implementation, eliminating the requirement to develop standard reports during deployment.

This table shows the guidelines that you should follow to ensure the integrity of the original reports:

Process	Description
Create a copy before modifying	To maintain the integrity of the original reports, always create a copy in a designated folder before making any changes. Use the copied version for modifications or customizations.
Administrator Role Requirements	Administrators must have Write access to create new folders for storing copies of starter pack reports. Administrators are responsible for copying the original reports into these folders to ensure the originals remain protected.
Role Separation for Security and Accountability	Assign the Administrator and Author roles to different users. This separation ensures accountability and reduces the risk of accidental changes to original reports. After the Administrator copies the reports, Authors can modify the copies as required.

This approach preserves the original reports as reliable references and supports collaborative customization while maintaining data integrity.
