IDM document output reports

An IDM document output report uses Infor Document Management's output functionality to generate a PDF or Microsoft Word document and display it in Infor Operations and Regulations. You can also send an IDM document output report in the body of an email.

The report uses a Word document as a template. The Word document uses an XML file to format the data that is extracted from the Infor Operations and Regulations database. To add an IDM document output report you must create the XML file and the template, and you must upload the template in Infor Document Management.

You must also enter the connection settings for your IDM site in the global report settings.
