Accounts with No Meter This report lists accounts with meter-based services that do not have an associated meter.

Without an associated meter, meter readings are unavailable, and the system cannot calculate service charges. Agency staff must review and correct these accounts.

Closed Accounts This report lists billing accounts that agency staff closed during the specified date range. Billing 2025.04
Final Bill This report lists accounts that moved out and received a final bill. Billing 2025.04
GL Summary This financial report lists the daily sums of credits, debits, and totals for each general ledger account (GL code) in the report period. The report also provides total credits, debits, and overall totals for all GL codes in the same period. Billing 2025.04
Negative Consumption This report lists meters with negative consumption, where a meter reading is lower than a previous reading. Because meters do not roll backward, negative consumption usually indicates an incorrect reading. Utility Billing 2025.04
Services with No Start or Stop Dates This report lists account services without a start date and stop date. Bill Run does not bill services without a start date. Agency staff must review and correct these account services. Billing 2025.04
Accounts with Service Position Stop Date This report lists account services with a service position stopped during the specified date range, while the account service remains active. Utility Billing 2025.10
Active Accounts with Direct Debit This report lists active accounts enrolled in a direct debit plan with an effective date and no expiration date. Billing 2025.10
Active Connections This report counts asset-based services currently billed, grouped by account class and area. Utility Billing 2025.10
Consumption by Service This report totals service usage during the specified date range, grouped by account class and area. Utility Billing 2025.10
Unbilled Accounts This report lists active accounts not billed during the specified date range. Billing 2025.10
Write off Eligible Accounts This report lists accounts eligible for write-off based on status and small debt balance. Billing 2025.10
