Creating a meter reading route

  1. Select Asset Management > Assets > Water.
  2. On the Meter tab, under Meter Management, click Meter Reading Cycles and Routes.
  3. In the Water Meter Reading Cycles tree, browse to the cycle in which you want to create a route.
  4. Right-click the cycle node and select Create a Reading Route.
  5. Specify this information:
    Route ID
    Specify a unique name for the route.
    Frequency Interval
    Specify the interval at which the route is to be completed.
    Unit
    Select the unit of measure for the frequency interval.
    Route Time
    Specify the average amount of time it takes to read all meters in the route.
    Last Completed
    Specify the date and time the route was last completed.
    Next Scheduled
    Specify the next data and time for which the route is scheduled to be completed.
  6. Click Save.
    Infor Operations and Regulations removes the Save button and shows a Meter Positions grid that you can use to add meter positions to the route and an Edit button that you can use to edit the route.
  7. Add meter positions to indicate which meters should be read on the route.
