Deleting attachments

To delete attachments from a record in the mobile app, tap the Attachment button and select Delete Attachments. Select the attachments that you want to delete and tap Delete.

The Delete Attachments option is only shown if the current record has attachments. Also, some EDM providers do not support deleting attachments, and this feature is only supported if you are using Infor Field Inspector with Infor Operations and Regulations October 2021 or later.

Deleting attachments from Infor Operations and Regulations

If attachments are deleted from records in Infor Operations and Regulations, the attachments are not automatically deleted from the Infor Field Inspector mobile app. For example, if you delete an attachment from a work order in Infor Operations and Regulations after the work order has been downloaded to the mobile app, the attachment will still be shown when you open the work order on the mobile device.

To remove the deleted attachments from the mobile app, you must clear all application content and then resynchronize.
