Adding a custom variable keyword

To add a custom variable, you must specify a name, a data type, and the value of the variable. Infor Operations and Regulations assigns each custom variable keyword a name by adding KW_ to the custom variable's name. For example, if you add a custom variable called custvar, the keyword will be called KW_custvar.
  1. Select System > Agency Personalization > Keyword Manager.
  2. Right-click the Custom Variables node under Keywords and select Add Custom Variable.
  3. Specify this information:
    Custom Variable Name
    Specify a name for the custom variable.
    Data Type
    Select the data type for the custom variable. You can select None, DateTime, Float, Int, or String.
    Value
    Specify the value of the custom variable.
  4. Click Save.
