Recording employee involvement

You can use Infor Operations and Regulations to record the time an employee spent working on a license. Employee involvement can consist of activities such as consulting with an applicant and researching a license.

  1. Load the license you want in the Trade License InfoViewer.
  2. On the Employees tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify the employee's identification code in the Employee ID field.
  4. Provide any other information about the employee.
    You can specify the capacity in which the employee was involved in the Capacity field; explain how the employee was involved in the Comments field; and specify the total number of hours the employee spent working on the application in the Total Hours field.
  5. Click Save.
