Charging an endorsement fee

Typically, Infor Operations and Regulations automatically generates the appropriate fees for an endorsement. There may also be times when you must manually charge a fee, such as a fee for one-on-one consultations that your agency provides for an extra charge. When you charge an endorsement fee, Infor Operations and Regulations applies the amount to the total owed for the license.

  1. Load the endorsement you want into the Endorsement InfoViewer.
    You access the Endorsement InfoViewer by clicking the Endorsement # link on any form that shows the link.
  2. On the Fees tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify the name of the fee in the Fee Description field.
    Infor Operations and Regulations automatically fills in the information about the fee, such as its quantity and value, depending on your agency's policies.
  4. Provide any other information about the fee.
    Specify the amount of the fee in the Value field and the number of times it is charged in the Quantity field. You can also select Lien if a lien has been attached to the property for non-payment of the fee, or select Waived to waive the fee.
  5. Click Save.
