Lookup Cases
To review or update a case, you can use the lookup to locate the case you want.
Infor Operations and Regulations searches your records using the search criteria you enter and shows the cases that match that information. For example, you might want to look up a single case at a particular address or all cases filed by a specific contact.
After Infor Operations and Regulations locates the cases that match your search criteria, you can select a case from the search results and edit or delete it using the button.
