Associating a violation group with a case type

You must define violation groups using Code Violation under Setup in the menu before you can associate violation groups with case types.

  1. Select Code Enforcement > Setup > Case Workflow.
  2. In the Case Types tree, browse to the violation groups for the correct case type.
  3. Click the Code Violation Groups node.
  4. Click Add above the grid.
  5. Enter the name for the violation group in the Code Violation Group field.
  6. Enter any other information.
  7. Click Save.
