Associating a service request with an application

  1. Load the application in the Building Application InfoViewer.
  2. Select the Related Records tab.
  3. Click Add above the Service Requests grid.
  4. In the Service Request Search dialog box, look up the service request that you are associating with the application.
  5. Select the service request in the search results list and click Select.
