Changing a milestone

Caution: 
Renaming an existing milestone will cause errors wherever it has already been used, such as in formulas. If you rename a milestone, you must update any references to it throughout your system.
  1. Select Building Permits > Setup > Application Workflow.
  2. In the Application Types tree, browse to the milestone that you want to change.
  3. Right-click the milestone node and select Open Milestone.
  4. Change the information as required.
  5. Click Save.
