Recalculating bills

If the bills in a run have not yet been output or posted, you can use the Bill Run InfoViewer to recalculate them. When you recalculate bills, Infor Operations and Regulations removes all line items from the bills in the run and then generates new line items.

  1. Load the run you want into the Bill Run InfoViewer.
    You access the Bill Run InfoViewer by clicking the Run # link for the bill run on any form that shows the link.
  2. Select the Recalculate Bills check box.
    Infor Operations and Regulations disables the Recalculate Bills check box if you have already output or posted the bills in the run. The only way to recalculate the bills at this point is the reverse or undo the entire bill run and start over.
  3. Click Generate Generate button.
