Recalculating the budgeted amount

To keep the variance to a minimum, the amount of the monthly charges under a budget billing plan must be recalculated from time to time. You can use the Budget Billing InfoViewer to recalculate the budgeted amount at any time.

Note: Depending on the plan setup, Infor Operations and Regulations also recalculates the budgeted amount annually, or at the interval specified for the budget billing plan.
  1. Open the correct plan in the Budget Billing Plan InfoViewer.
  2. Click Recalculate Budgeted Amount. A dialog box is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to recalculate the budgeted amount.
  3. Click Yes. Infor Operations and Regulations recalculates the budgeted amount, following the rules defined for the budget billing plan.
