- Select Asset Management > Maintenance > Lookup Unit Maintenance Schedules.
 - Look up the unit maintenance schedules that you want to use to generate work orders.
 - Select the correct maintenance schedule.
Note: You can select more than one maintenance schedule in the list to generate multiple work orders simultaneously.
 - Click Action, and select Generate Work Orders.
The Select Date Range dialog box shows today's date.
 - Specify the date through which you want to generate work orders in the Generate work orders through a due date of field.
Work orders will not be generated outside of the date range indicated by the Cycle From and Cycle To dates in the unit maintenance schedule.
 - Click OK.
A work order is generated for each unit schedule that you selected and a list of the work orders and with their activity, asset, and scheduled/due date is shown. You can click the Work Order # link to view and update a work order in the Work Order InfoViewer.
 - When you're finished viewing the list of work orders, click OK.
