Subtotaling costs by category

  1. Open the Cost Viewer.
    • To open the Inspection Cost Viewer, select Asset Management > Assets > Inspection Cost Viewer.
    • To open the Work Order Cost Viewer, select Work Management > Work Order > Work Order Cost Viewer
    • To open the Service Request Cost Viewer, select Customer Service > Service Request > Service Request Cost Viewer
  2. Enter your search criteria on the Search tab.
  3. Under Report Preferences, select an option from the Subtotal On list to indicate how Infor Operations and Regulations will subtotal costs in the report.
    Infor Operations and Regulations will create a report that shows cost subtotals based on a property such as the asset type of an inspection or the activity of a work order. To group costs by date, select Daily or Monthly.
  4. Click Search.
    Infor Operations and Regulations shows a list of cost subtotals based on the property or date type that you selected, and a grand total of all costs.
  5. To print the report, click Print and then click OK or Print in your browser's Print dialog box.
    The report prints, showing the date and time of printing, a grand total of all costs in the report, and the individual costs that make up the subtotal for each group.
