Inventory Control

This table describes the access groups under Inventory Control in the Permissions tree:

Access group	Description
Audits	Affects the items under Audits in the Inventory menu.
Material Management > Materials Manager	Affects the Materials Manager item under Materials Management in the Inventory menu.
Material Management > Purchase Manager	Affects the Purchase Manager item under Materials Management in the Inventory menu.
Material Management > Purchase Order	Affects the purchase order items under Materials Management in the Inventory menu.
Material Management > Requisitions	Affects the requisition items under Materials Management in the Inventory menu.
Pick List	Affects the items under Pick List in the Inventory menu.
Setup > Setup Management	Affects the items under Setup in the Inventory menu.
Stock Area	Grants access to edit/update each stock area that an agency defines.
Transactions > Lookup Transactions	Affects the Lookup Transactions item and the Serial/Lot Lookup item under Transactions in the Inventory menu.
Transactions > Serialized LotTracked	Grants access to capture serial/lot information for a part that was stocked as a non-serialized/lot-track part, but later had serial/lot tracking enabled. When enabled, a link is displayed in, for example, the Issue Transaction form.
Transactions > Stock Invoice Cost	Grants access to the Invoice Cost InfoViewer in Inventory.
Transactions > Transaction Management	Affects the Transaction Management item under Transactions in the Inventory menu.
