Unpacking site files

After your database has been backed up and restored, you can unpack the site files. When you unpack site files, they are extracted from the CORE_FILEMANAGEMENT.SITEFILEMIGRATION table in the database.

Note: The target site must be placed in safe mode before you unpack the files.
  1. In the target multi-tenant environment, select System > Administration > System Information.
  2. Click SaaS Migration and select Unpack Site Files.
