Adding licenses to a role

If you associate licenses with a role in Access Control, those licenses will be automatically assigned to the users who are granted access to the role.

  1. Select System > Security > Access Control.
  2. In the Role Information tree, browse to the role to which you are adding licenses.
  3. Right-click the Licenses node under the role node and select Associate License.
  4. In the Associate Licenses dialog box, select the check box for each license that you are associating with the role.
  5. Click Finish.
