Copying user files

Copying user files is a batch processing task, so the Batch Manager must be configured and running.

You must first place the files that you want to copy in the CloudMigration\UserFiles\ReadyToCopy folder in the Batch Manager installation directory on your on-premises application server.

You will use an ION API authorized application to authenticate to the multi-tenant site. You can create a new authorized application if one doesn't already exist.

  1. Select System > Administration > System Information.
  2. Click SaaS Migration and select Copy User Files.
  3. Select your authorized application from the ION API Auth App list.
  4. Click Copy.
