Assigning Infor Operations and Regulations IDs to Windows users

Note: Before you can set up users, you must configure Infor Operations and Regulations for single sign on.
  1. Select System > Security > Single Sign On Manager.
  2. In the Domains tree, browse to the group containing the Windows user that you want to associate with an existing Infor Operations and Regulations user.
    When you click a group name, Infor Operations and Regulations shows a grid on the right listing all the users in that group.
  3. Click the correct "Group" node.

  4. Enable editing in the grid and select the Windows user that you want to associate with an existing Infor Operations and Regulations user account.
  5. In the Infor User Name field, specify the user ID for the Infor Operations and Regulations user that you’re associating with a Windows user name.
  6. Click Save.
    From now on, this user will bypass the login screen when opening Infor Operations and Regulations.
