Defining a task
- Select Work Management > Setup > Activity Workflow.
 - In the Activities tree, click the Activity Tasks node under the selected activity.
 - Click Add above the Tasks grid.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Task
 - 
              Specify the name of the task.
              Note: You can use the popup button for the Task field to copy an existing task from a different activity.
 - Probability
 - 
              Specify the estimated probability that the task will be required to complete a work order.
              
If an activity includes optional tasks, a list of available tasks is shown when a user creates a work order. The user can select a check box for each task that they want to include.
 - Fixed Cost
 - Select this check box if the task will have the same cost regardless of the quantity of work.
 - Due Within
 - Specify the number of days, hours, and minutes allowed before the task must be completed.
 
 - Click Save.
