Creating a portal user for a contact
You can create Rhythm for Civics portal accounts for
existing contacts in Infor Public Sector.
Depending on your configuration, users may also be able to create their own accounts through the Rhythm for Civics site. See the Infor Rhythm for Civics User and Administration Library on docs.infor.com for more information.
Note: You cannot create a portal profile for a contact information record
in the back office if the parent contact is designated as an organization. An
organization profile can only be created by a portal user in Rhythm for Civics on behalf of the organization. However,
agency personnel can start the process by creating a contact in the back office and
marking it as an organization, then inviting a representative to join the
organization as an authorized user. The organization profile is created when the
first user accepts the invitation.
