Creating a web user for a contact
          You can use the Contact InfoViewer to create a Dynamic Portal user profile for an existing contact. The web user is associated with a contact information record, so you must first open an existing contact information record or create a new one.
         
         - Open the correct contact in the Contact InfoViewer.
 - Select the Contact Information tab.
 - In the grid, either edit an existing contact information record or create a new one.
 - Ensure that the contact information includes an email address. The email address is required to create a web user.
 - In the Contact Information window, click the button and select Create Web User.
 - Specify the user name in the User Name field.
 - Specify the user's security question and answer in the Secret Question and Answer fields.
 - Select the Reset Password on Login check box if you want to require users to reset their passwords when they first log in to Dynamic Portal.
