Linking an address to a parcel

  1. Load the parcel record you want into the Parcel InfoViewer, or begin to create a parcel record.
  2. On the Addresses tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Enter search criteria at the top of the dialog box to locate the address that you want to add.
    If the address that you want to add doesn't currently exist in your records, you can create it. Infor Operations and Regulations adds the address to the parcel and to your pool of address records, and you can skip the following three steps.
  4. Click Search.
    Infor Operations and Regulations shows a list of addresses that match your search criteria.
  5. Select the correct address and click Select.
    Infor Operations and Regulations closes the dialog box, associates the address with the parcel, and shows the address information in the Address grid. In the Contact and Property Browser, a node for the address is displayed within the parcel's node, and vice versa.
