Adding a resource to a resource pool

  1. Select Resources > Scheduling > Resource Pool.
  2. In the Resource Pools tree, browse to the resource pool that you want to add a resource to.
  3. Click the correct resource pool node.
  4. Click Add above the grid.
  5. Enter search criteria at the top of the dialog box to locate the resource that you want to add.
  6. Click Search.
    Infor Operations and Regulations shows a list of the resources that match your search criteria.
  7. Select the correct resource and click Select.

    Infor Operations and Regulations closes the dialog box and shows the resource in the "Resources" grid with a default assignment order of 1.

    You can click an Employee ID link in the grid to load an employee record into the Employee InfoViewer or click an "Asset ID" link to load an asset into the asset InfoViewer.

    You can select more than one resource in the list to add multiple resources to the pool simultaneously.
