Adding contact notifications
You can use the Notifications tab of the Contact InfoViewer to specify the notifications that a contact would like to receive. For example, customers might want to receive email notifications when the status of an inspection changes.
Note: You are not required to add notification types for a contact to receive notifications. When sending a notification, Infor Operations and Regulations first checks the contact's notification preferences. If the notification type is not defined for the contact, Infor Operations and Regulations uses the default notification method that is specified in the Hansen8 configuration. If no default method is specified, then the notification is not sent.
