Defining a custom variable

  1. Select System > Agency Personalization > Custom Variables Manager.
  2. Click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for the custom variable.
    Data Type
    Select the data type for the custom variable. You can select None, DateTime, Float, Int, or String.
    Value
    Specify the value of the custom variable.
  4. Click Save.
