Table definitions
A table definition names the table and its corresponding business object, its columns, and other items, such as constraints and indexes. Defining a table does not add it to the Infor Operations and Regulations database. To use a personalized table, it must be added to your database and its business object must be generated.

To use personalized tables in Infor Operations and Regulations, define the table using the Schema Manager. Defining a table does not add it to the Infor Operations and Regulations database. To use a personalized table, add it to your database and generate its business object.
Table definitions can be changed, but because a table definition contains important information that is used throughout Infor Operations and Regulations, do not make changes to a table definition that are already being used elsewhere, such as in formulas. Changes do not take effect until you direct Infor Operations and Regulations to update the table and its business object.
