Editing a notification template

These steps describe the basic process for editing notification templates. HTML is also supported.

  1. Select Resources > Notification Templates.
  2. In the Notification Templates grid, open the template that you want to edit.
  3. On the Notification Contents tab, in the Subject field, specify the subject line for notifications generated from this template.
  4. Specify the body of the notification in the large text field on the Notification Contents tab.
    The properties of the template's input parameters are listed in a tree to the right of the text field. You can browse through the tree and select the properties that you want to include in the notification.

  5. Enter any general comments about the notification template on the Information tab.
  6. Click Save.
