Service request viewer tabs
This table describes each tab in the mobile app's service request viewer:

| Summary | Shows general information about the service request. | 
| Callers | Shows information on the calls associated with the service request. | 
| Attachments | Used to view any existing attachments for the service request, and to add new attachments. | 
| Comments | Use the Comments tab to view and update the comments associated with the current service request. | 
| Details | Shows any details associated with the current service request. You can select any detail in the grid to view more information, and to update the detail. | 
| Logs | Shows any log entries associated with the current service request. To add a new log entry, tap the button. | 
| Resource Usage | Used to view and update information about the resources used for the current service request, and their associated costs. To record resource usage, tap the button. To edit an existing resource usage item, tap on the item in the grid and update the information. To delete a resource usage item, press and hold on the item in the grid until a message is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to delete the item. | 
| Linked Service Requests | Shows a list of service requests that are linked to the current service request. | 
| Associated Cases | Lists any cases that are associated with the current service request. | 
| Associated Work Orders | Lists any work orders that are associated with the current service request. | 
| Inspections | Shows the inspection history of the current service request. |
