Flipping a network asset

You can use GeoAdministrator to reverse the flow of a network asset, such as a sewer or storm main. GeoAdministrator switches the two nodes that define the network asset, making the former "from" node the new "to" node, and vice versa.

  1. Select the map feature for a network asset.
  2. Click Tools on the GeoAdministrator tab and select Flip Line Selected Network Assets.
    GeoAdministrator switches the "from" (upstream) and "to" (downstream) nodes in the network asset record and updates the corresponding record in your GIS attribute table.
