Reviewing QAQC results
After you've performed a QAQC test, GeoAdministrator shows seven different types of results in the QAQC Results dialog box:
Infor PS Orphan: Indicates a record in the Infor Operations and Regulations database with no corresponding map feature.
GIS Orphan: Indicates a map feature without a corresponding record in the Infor Operations and Regulations database.
Changed Key: Indicates that the Infor Operations and Regulations record and the map feature have the same unit ID, but the primary keys don't match.
Bad Data: Indicates that require fields other than the primary key don't match. For example, an Infor Operations and Regulations asset record and the corresponding map feature might have the same key but different comptypes or unit IDs.
Extended Fields: Indicates a mismatch between mapped fields.
- GIS New Version: Indicates a new version of an existing record in the geodatabase.
- IPS New Version: Indicates a new version of an existing record in the Infor Operations and Regulations database.
You can click any record in the results list to review details in the right pane, or right-click to show a popup menu with a list of commands. You can use the menu to flash the selected feature on the map, zoom to the feature, select or unselect the feature, or show the Infor Operations and Regulations record in the Infor PS Viewer.
Finally, you can use the Synchronize Records(s) command to synchronize your data.
