Before you begin

If you're upgrading to a new version of GeoAdministrator, you must first remove the existing instance. To remove GeoAdministrator, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that ArcMap is closed.
  2. Run geoUnRegister.bat in your GeoAdministrator folder. This removes the GeoAdministrator assemblies from the registry.
  3. In the Windows\assembly directory, find Interop.GDMTAccess and uninstall it.
  4. Delete all files in the Program Files\Geoadministrator folder.

You must also update the associated instances of Infor Operations and Regulations and Web Services if you're upgrading to a new release. See the Infor Operations and Regulations Installation Guide and the Infor Operations and Regulations Web Services Development Guide for instructions.

After you’ve removed GeoAdministrator, follow the installation instructions in this guide to complete a new installation.
