Recording service request inspection results
- Select Customer Service > Service Request > Record Inspection Result. 
           Note: You can also use Check TO-DO List to record inspection results.
 - Look up the service requests for which you want to record results.
 - Select the correct service request in the Service Request Results grid.
 - Click Inspect 
.  - Specify this information: 
           
- Inspection Started
 - Specify the date the inspection was started.
 - Completed
 - Specify the date the inspection was completed.
 - Resolve Service Request
 - Select this check box if you want to resolve the service request. Specify the resolution date and code in the Resolved On and Resolution Code fields.
 - Submit for Re-inspection
 - Select this check box if you want to schedule a follow-up inspection. You can also specify a responsibility code for the re-inspection.
 
 - Specify any other information for this inspection. 
           You can record log entries or resource usage. Depending on the request type, you can also use the Action button to create a new work order, case, asset inspection, or one-off charge.
 - When you're finished, click Save & Close.
