Service request scheduling

If the Calendar-based Assignments feature is enabled, you can schedule service requests by adding them to employees' calendars from the Service Request InfoViewer.

For more information, see "Calendar-based assignments" under Administrator > Resources > Scheduling in the Infor Public Sector User and Administration Library.

If calendar-based assignments are enabled, the Schedule button next to the Inspector field on the Inspection tab of the Service Request InfoViewer is used to access employees' calendars and schedule assignments.

If the Calendar-based Assignments feature is not enabled, the Schedule button is used to schedule the service request from a resource pool or a usage group.
