Service request scheduling
If the Calendar-based Assignments feature is enabled, you can schedule service
requests by adding them to employees' calendars from the Service Request
InfoViewer.

in theIf calendar-based assignments are enabled, the Inspector field on the Inspection tab of the Service Request InfoViewer is used to access employees' calendars and schedule assignments.
