Defining a final milestone

Every licensing process must have a final milestone at which Infor Operations and Regulations will no longer attempt to advance the license through its licensing process.

  1. Select Trade License > Setup > License Workflow.
  2. In the License Types tree, browse to the Milestones node for the correct license type.
  3. Right-click the Milestones node and select Create a Milestone.
  4. Type a name for the milestone in the Milestone field.
    The name must be unique within the license type but can be reused in other license types.
  5. Select the Completed License Milestone check box.
  6. Specify any other information about the milestone.
    You can indicate the license status that Infor Operations and Regulations will assign to a license at this milestone, such as Inactive, Expired, or None. You can select the type of status date that Infor Operations and Regulations will use, such as Issued, Inactive, or None. Among other properties, you can indicate that the milestone is displayed last in the License Types tree using the Display Order field. For example, if a license type has eight milestones, you can specify 8 in this field. You can also type any standard operating procedures that your agency should follow.
  7. Click Save.
    Infor Operations and Regulations closes the dialog box and saves the milestone to the license type. The new milestone is displayed in the License Types tree.
