Recording employee involvement for an application

You can use Infor Operations and Regulations to record the time an employee spent working on an application. Employee involvement can consist of activities like consulting with an applicant and researching an application.

  1. Load the application you want in the Application InfoViewer.
  2. On the Employees tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify the employee's identification code in the Employee ID field.
  4. Specify any other information about the employee.
    You can specify the capacity in which the employee was involved in the Capacity field, type how the employee was involved in the Comments field, and specify the total number of hours the employee spent working on the application in the Total Hours field.
  5. Click Save.
