Defining a daily periodic inspection schedule

  1. Begin to define a periodic inspection schedule.
  2. Under Recurrence, select Daily from the Schedule Type list.
  3. Specify whether the inspection will be scheduled at an interval or on every weekday.
    To schedule the inspection at an interval, select Every _ days(s), and type the number of days that you want between inspections. For example, if you want the inspection scheduled every third day, enter 3. To schedule the inspection daily, Monday through Friday, select Every weekday.
  4. In the "Days in Advance" fields, specify the number of days in advance an inspection can be scheduled. For example, you might indicate that an inspection must be scheduled between three and 30 days before it is conducted.
  5. Continue to define the periodic inspection schedule.
