Removing attendees from hearings

  1. Look up the correct hearing.
  2. Select the hearing you want in the lookup results grid.
    You can remove an attendee from multiple hearings simultaneously by selecting multiple hearings.
  3. Click Action and select Remove Attendees.
    Infor Operations and Regulations shows a list of attendees assigned to the hearing. If you selected multiple hearings, Infor Operations and Regulations shows every attendee who is assigned to at least one of those hearings. For example, if you selected five hearings and Joan is assigned to two of those hearings, Infor Operations and Regulations will show her name in this list.
  4. Delete the attendee you want to remove.
    A dialog box is displayed asking if want to remove the attendee.
  5. Click OK.
