Inspection Reassignment
If you want to change an assignment's inspector or assignment area, or if you want to delete an inspection assignment, you can use Infor Operations and Regulations to locate the assignment you need. An inspection assignment indicates the inspector that Infor Operations and Regulations will automatically assign to an inspection based on information recorded in the case, such as its location.
Infor Operations and Regulations searches your records using the search criteria you enter and shows the assignments that match that information. For example, you might want to look up all assignments for a specific inspector or for a specific case type.
After Infor Operations and Regulations locates the assignments that match your search criteria, you can change an assignment's inspector or assignment area, and, if you have the necessary access rights, delete an assignment from your records.
