Restarting the Batch Manager
You can use the System Information page to restart the Batch Manager from within Infor Operations and Regulations.
To open the System Information page, select . To restart the Batch Manager, click and select Restart Batch Manager.
This will send a request to stop the service. The Batch Manager checks for requests every 30 seconds, so it can take up to 30 seconds to respond.
It's important to understand that the request sent from Infor Operations and Regulations only stops the service. On the server, the Infor Operations and Regulations Batch Manager service must be configured to restart after a failure. Open the service properties dialog box, click the Recovery tab, and select Restart the Service in the First failure, Second failure, and Subsequent failures fields.
